RULES and REGULATIONS

INSURANCE:  Cool Car Storage insures only the facility and does not insure your vehicle. It is the responsibility of owners to insure their vehicles.

ON-SITE MAINTENANCE AND WORK:  Tenants may perform routine maintenance and light mechanical work to stored vehicles in our non-climate controlled buildings. Kit cars may be assembled, street rods may be built and modified, and general restoration teardown and assembly work is allowed. Welding, painting and the use of a cutting torch are not allowed on site.

NO COMMERCIAL USAGE:  Commercial use of the storage facility is not allowed.  No businesses may be operated on-site.

SERVICES PROVIDED: Water and air are available to tenants, as well as forklift service to handle heavy loads. Five gallon oil containers are available for waste oil and antifreeze.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE: Use our Consignment Services Program for vehicles that are are stored at Cool Car Storage and that are FOR SALE. We can show your vehicle to prospective buyers for you.
